Slow-Living Series: Lets bake sourdough bread

$125.00

Saturday February 15th 1-3pm:

This ‘SlowLiving Series’ of fun & informative workshops is provided to reconnect to nature, your roots, food & beauty.

This workshop is for those who would love some ‘hands on’ beginner lessons in sourdough bread. Come to my kitchen and see how I bake a delicious, whole grain sourdough loaf – from beginning to end. Take home recipes, knowledge & some sourdough starter to get you going. A class for beginners.

Live more sustainably, more connected, slower, deeper. We will start off with an overview of the farm, with an inside/outside tour, weather permitting.

We will be working with flour, mixers and hot pots & ovens. Not for young children.

You will be more confident & armed with some fundamental knowledge of whats needed to start baking your very own bread!  Enjoy the entire process, flour to loaf.

Light refreshments will be provided.
