Amish Pimiento Sweet Red Pepper (Capsicum annuum)- SEED
Amish Pimiento Sweet Red Pepper (Capsicum annuum)- SEED
Amish Pimiento Sweet Pepper Capsicum annuum (85 days) Open-pollinated. Pimientos are the sweetest of all peppers—my favorites for eating out of hand. Productive and fairly early, thick-walled and crunchy – these compact 1-2’ plants pump out lots of these wonderful fruits. Amish Pimiento plants are compact and sturdy, producing heavy crops of squat, round, 2 by 4” (5 by 10 cm) fruit that ripen from green to bright red. Its peppers are fleshy and apple-sweet, excellent for both fresh eating, drying and pickling.

Bueno Mulata Hot Pepper (Capsicum annuum) – SEED
A rare, extremely productive, stunning hot pepper! Buena Mulata is a long, pointed, violet-colored Cayenne that is startlingly beautiful and packs high voltage flavor along with its heat. The long, round pods measure as much as 6 to 7 " undergoing a flavor change as they ripen. Like a chameleon, ripening violet to pinkish-flesh color, then orange changing to brown, and eventually to a deep red. The reds being sweeter and meatier than the violets. A stunning plant, with its purple streaked leaves and fruits. Grows well in pots. Start seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost and transplant into garden well after the danger of frost. Days to maturity: 75-80

This is without a doubt one of the very best peppers for short season areas, and definitely one of the tastiest! Just thinking of slicing into one of these small packages bursting with fresh sweet flavour makes my mouth water! The small round lobed peppers are the shape of old fashioned tomato peppers and turn a glorious gold at maturity or can be eaten green. They do not seem to cause indigestion like others can. very sweet and very productive. Rare and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. (60-65 days from transplant)

Jimmy Nardello’s Sweet Pepper – SEED
Jimmy Nardello’s Sweet Pepper – SEED
‘Jimmy Nardello’ is a sweet Italian frying-type pepper whose plants are semi-compact, reach about 24" in height, and are very productive for their size. The fruits are typically early maturing, ripen to a deep red color, and average about 9" length.   Superb  fresh eating, they can be fried alone or with sweet onions, and their thin walls allow them to freeze and dry well.
