Ancho Poblano Pepper – PLANT
The mild heat that comes with the rich, fruity sweetness of Ancho Poblano makes it a favorite for stuffing, roasting, sauces, chile powder and chile rellenos. Dark green, immature 'poblano' peppers are perfect for stuffing and rellenos; red, mature 'ancho' peppers make phenomenal chile powder when dry. Each stout, multi-branching plant is reliably abundant even cool summers. Plant spacing 1-1.5 feet

Pepper – ‘Doe Hill’
Pepper – ‘Doe Hill’

Capsicum annuum  A  rare family heirloom from Doe Hill area of Highland County, Virginia. This is without a doubt one of the very best peppers for short season areas, and definitely one of the tastiest! Just thinking of slicing into one of these small packages bursting with fresh sweet flavour makes my mouth water! The small round lobed peppers are the shape of old fashioned tomato peppers and turn a glorious gold at maturity or can be eaten green. They do not seem to cause indigestion like others can. very sweet and very productive. Rare and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. (60-65 days from transplant)
