Colleen Mooney is a unique deep purple large formal decorative bloom that does not fade. (but hard to capture in a photo!) It grows 4′ tall here. Hybridized by John Mooney (Hamilton, Ontario). Makes a statement with that lovely form & deep, regal, jewel toned depth – a pleasure to grow and stunning in bouquets. A real deal show winner. 4-6″ blooms
Ferncliff Rusty was on my wish list for a long time. I can't think of a more useful coloured dahlia. Its multi-toned moody blooms lend themselves to pair with so many colour schemes.
A rusty coral-orange shade, difficult to describe. Dusty rose with hints of coral - the centre lightly kissed with dark plum. 3.5" ball form is perfection. 3.5-4' plants are sturdy with nice long stems for cutting. Blooms that seriously just. don't. stop. from initial bloom early in the season till frost.
Created by Paul Bloomquist from Lynden, WA. Bloomquist Jean is the Stanley Johnson 2021 Award winner!
A 6"- 8" informal decorative form. Bloomquist Jean is a deep orange, often with lighter orange petals near the front of the bloom at the end of the season.
A stunning ball-shaped dahlia, Brown Sugar produces 2.5-3.5” blooms atop long, strong stems, and is a great multi-use dahlia as it holds incredibly well in the vase. The flowers become a perfect caramelized shade of orange - like Burnt Sugar - with shades of red-brown and a touch of orange. Yum!! A must for those fall colour schemes.
These huge pastel lavender blooms are a captivating mix of lavender tones, ranging from soft pastels to deeper shades, with delicate hints of cloud pink throughout. The plant is strong and stocky at 3 ½
