Loved this one! Looks fabulous sliced on a plate with different coloured tomatoes and makes a delicious sauce. Everyone who tries it loves it.

Description

The most productive and best tasting Green-when-ripe tomato I have tried!   Very few seeds; outstanding, complex flavor—very sweet and juicy.
The flavour is fascinating because it combines just a slight bit of the richness of the black tomatoes in with a bright, tropical fruit note and some citrus. Sugar is certainly present, which was a surprise given the green and the size. Fruit is dense enough to please a beef-steak lover. Delicious green pasta sauce!
