Dragon tongue beans – pods are yellow with amazing purple streaks! A favourite with the kids for the name and colour. This famous Dutch heirloom bean has an incomparable flavor, with tender and delicious 7” pods. Harvest when the flat beans turn from lime green to buffed yellow with bright purple stripes. Possibly the best multipurpose bean available, also makes a tasty shelled bean when fully mature.
