This little beauty is slim, fine, short and delicious even raw! Seeds of Diversity was given a small handful of these seeds from an older gentleman, who has since passed sadly, simply named “Hit” bean. Perhaps he meant they were a Hit in his garden?! Either way, the name has stuck. I grew these out for Seeds of Diversity and now I’m able to offer them to you. Easy to see why he named them a “hit”!
Very slim , short green pods, a fine bean with an absolutely delicious flavour! I am sure they will be a “Hit” in your garden too 🙂

Perhaps he meant they were a Hit in his garden?! Either way, the name stuck. I grew these out for Seeds of Diversity and now I’m able to offer them to you. Easy to see why he named them a “hit”!

A classic filler for bouquets. Such a unique plant! Great in the garden or a stunning 'filler' in beautiful bouquets!
Erect plants produce 2 1/2" yellow-lime green flowers atop long, wiry stems with foliage reminiscent of Eucalyptus with intriguing stems that appear to grow through the leaf. Excellent for mixed bouquets and makes a unique dried flower.  Versatile and easy to grow. Try combining the airy stems with brilliant jewel tones or simple clean whites and greens.
Though not well known outside of Dutch flower auctions where it commands a price similar to roses, this unique plant with yellowish flowers and round leaves is treasured by dried-flower growers.
